RePlaCart \u00e8 un progetto di ricerca e sviluppo promosso da @Cooplat, realt\u00e0 cooperativa del comparto servizi e manutenzione che opera su tutto il territorio nazionale, finanziato da @Regione Toscana e Fondi Europei Coesione Italia 2021-2027 che ha visto il coinvolgimento compatto di @MPT Plastica insieme a @Revet, industria leader nella gestione integrata del ciclo dei rifiuti, @Replast, azienda specializzata nella produzione di masterbatch e additivi per materie plastiche, @UNIFI, @Distretto Interior Design, network toscano che promuove l\u2019innovazione nei settori dell\u2019arredo e del design e @DonatiSRL, impresa di progettazione 2D e 3D. L\u2019obiettivo: un percorso sperimentale che esplora nuovi modelli produttivi per trasformare flaconi di plastica riciclati in un polimero composito ecologico innovativo che, in futuro, potrebbe avere molteplici applicazioni. Il ruolo di MPT Il nostro ruolo si \u00e8 inserito in questa filiera produttiva e virtuosa attraverso: \u2714 l\u2019analisi e il #codesign; \u2714 la verifica di fattibilit\u00e0 produttiva e test di stampaggio; \u2714 la progettazione dello stampo definitivo per la produzione del carrello. Il risultato RePlaCart dar\u00e0 vita a un prodotto capace di semplificare il lavoro quotidiano degli operatori alle pulizie, progettato in squadra, fatto per durare e replicabile: un carrello che nasce da un modello di business sostenibile dove l\u2019importanza del riciclo permea ogni step del progetto. Continuate a seguirci, presto vi racconteremo gli sviluppi pratici, operativi e i risultati di questa iniziativa coesiva che guarda al futuro dei #materiali.\">Cooplat<\/a>, a national cooperative operating in facility and maintenance services, co-funded by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.regione.toscana.it\/\">Regione Toscana<\/a> and European Cohesion Funds \u2013 Italy 2021\u20132027. The initiative brings together <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mptsrl.it\/en\/\">MPT Plastica<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.revet.com\/\">Revet<\/a> (a leader in integrated waste management), <a href=\"https:\/\/replastgroup.com\/\">Replast (<\/a>specialized in masterbatch and plastic additives), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unifi.it\/it\">UNIFI<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.distrettointerniedesign.it\/\">Distretto Interni Design<\/a>\u00a0(a Tuscan innovation network for furniture and design) e <a href=\"https:\/\/donatisrl.it\/donati_infinity\/cms\/\">DonatiSRL<\/a>, experts in 2D and 3D design.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The goal:<\/strong><br \/>\nto test and develop new production models for converting recycled plastic bottles into an innovative, eco-friendly composite polymer \u2014 one with wide-ranging applications in the near future.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MPT\u2019s Role<\/strong><br \/>\nWe actively contributed to this virtuous production chain through:<br \/>\n\u2714 technical analysis and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mptsrl.it\/en\/codesign\/\">codesign<\/a>;<br \/>\n\u2714 production feasibility assessments and molding trials;<br \/>\n\u2714 final <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mptsrl.it\/en\/injection-molding\/\">mold design<\/a> for the trolley manufacturing phase.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Result<\/strong><br \/>\nRePlaCart is set to become a practical, durable, and scalable cleaning trolley \u2014 co-designed by multiple partners, built to last, and born
