In the field of plastic moulding and processing, gender equality has only recently started to emerge as a priority. At MPT, we have embraced this challenge by setting a clear and measurable course for the future. The adoption of a recognized standard gives structure to a transformation we aim to make lasting.
The UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification is a voluntary practice, acknowledged by the Italian State, designed to foster concrete policies that reduce the gender gap and ensure equal opportunities within business environments.
For MPT, this means offering fair access to professional growth and training, ensuring equal pay for equal work, safeguarding parenthood and maternity rights, embracing diversity as a value and promoting true work-life balance.
This certification does not represent a final result, but rather activates a continuous improvement process built on measurable performance indicators. These include the strength of our corporate culture, the role of governance in driving change, transparent HR practices, access to career advancement and the quality of our welfare policies.
Its implementation is part of a broader ESG strategy and integrates with our existing ISO 14001-certified Environmental Management System, reinforcing a business context that is increasingly conscious and committed to ongoing progress.
