Connecting variables, optimizing decisions
Elisa’s role bridges technical analysis and supplier negotiation. Every day she:
- works on bills of materials to ensure technical consistency;
- manages raw material procurement with a sharp eye on lead times;
- negotiates with national and European suppliers, assessing conditions, reliability, and flexibility.
Before joining MPT, Elisa worked as a sales agent in the plastic molding machinery sector. An experience that now gives her the ability to think from the supplier’s side too, with broader vision and strategic depth.

A project that’s energizing the whole team
Elisa plays a key role in R&D as well. One recent example: the development of a multi-cavity mold with six interchangeable inserts, made from high-performance tool steel, designed to optimize costs, reduce reworking, and enhance production flexibility.
This kind of task requires continuous coordination with the workshop, technical alignment, and market-driven strategic choices.
