Trust is not something you issue on an invoice

Tiziana Lami has been with MPT since 1996 and is responsible for accounts receivable administration: orders, invoicing, banking relationships, factoring, and coordination with logistics and production. But describing her role like this would be reductive. In reality, her job is something else: making sure reliability and accuracy are visible through accounting processes that are smooth, clear, and well organized.

Because numbers are never just numbers.

Behind them are responsibilities, timing, people, and relationships built over the years. Making the administrative workflow run properly does not simply mean recording, checking, and scheduling. It means holding together accuracy, transparency, and continuity. It means giving structure to something that, when done well, is almost invisible. But when it is missing, everyone notices immediately.

Over the past 30 years, Tiziana has gone through major changes: a delicate generational transition, two ERP system changes, and a company that has become increasingly integrated between the tooling workshop and injection molding operations. And today, she is already planning the next transition: preparing the ground so that what she has learned does not remain confined to one function, but becomes part of the knowledge passed on to those who come next.

Not just procedures.
Not just tools.
Above all, a work ethic based on respect and collaboration.

The kind that leads you to do things rigorously, without becoming rigid.
With a sense of responsibility, without losing sight of the human side of the work.
